PALETTE is a café located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. With a mission to serve the freshest whole foods in Denmark, they get new fresh grocery deliveries daily. This way they can ensure that their happy customers always get to taste the full PALETTE in one meal. With this vision in mind, they approached us with the wish to get a visual language that could feel just as fresh, colourful and Authentic - cause every good meal starts with the eyes, right?

The brand identity is rooted in PALETTE’s commitment to natural, fresh ingredients, which serve as the primary inspiration for the color palette and overall visual language. Hand-painted hero illustrations play a central role, tying the identity back to the owners’ story, growing up in a family where her mother made art painted with vegetables, to decorate the home. This personal tradition became a key element in bringing warmth and character to the brand, while celebrating the rich, tactile textures found in nature. Across packaging, website, and imagery, the visual identity reinforces PALETTE’s organic, cozy atmosphere and everything served is crafted with care and of the highest quality.
